How it Works
If your new mattress is not everything you expected, we have you covered with a 45-day Love Your Bed Guarantee.
Your new mattress will take a little time to break in, so we suggest you sleep on it for at least 30 days to ensure the mattress and your body adjust properly, similarly to how a new pair of shoes needs a ‘break-in’ period. If you are not satisfied with the comfort of your new mattress within 45 days after you receive it, you may exchange it for a more suitable option if a mattress protector was purchased at the same time.
Some Things to Consider...
If the cost of the new selection is greater than the original purchase price, you are responsible for paying the difference, as well as the charge to re-deliver. If the new selection is less expensive than the original, we will issue store credit for the difference, less a $50 exchange fee and the re-delivery charge. Any additional exchanges are subject to a $250 exchange fee, at the discretion of the manager.
